Everything seemed normal. We checked in on 4/19/25, (Saturday)went to our room, unpacked..went out to celebrate my birthday, came back fell asleep.
Woke up the next morning (Sunday)to go to the Pool, checked our wallet and purse before leaving the room only to realize our money was GONE We notified Security, they said our door was open from the inside for about 40 minutesthey wouldnt let us take a picture of the screen that showed the access we were asleep at the time they stated the door was opened. So that meant an EMPLOYEE accessed our room and ROBBED US!!! They said they have no Cameras on the floors only in the elevators and Casino Floor! Such a LIE!!
We asked to have the police called, first he said okay, then proceeded to talk us down from calling by saying how long it was going to take, that it had to go through them(loss mitigation) just a bunch of BS. We asked to be reimbursed for the Hotel stay as we had two nights booked, they refused, offered no compensation of any kind other than to move our room to the 40th floor..we slept in fear the next night by putting a chair against the door!!
HARRAHS know they have a thief ring amongst them and trying to hide it. These people are going to FAFO by going into the wrong person room!!!

I was in town for a concert on Saturday 3/29 and checking out Sunday 3/30. We were told that the reservation was booked for Sunday and checking out Monday.
Why would we book a hotel for Sunday when the concert was on a Saturday? We were told that they would have to listen to the recording and then make a decision. They said that my friend definitely said we were checking in Sunday and checking out Monday but when he asked to listen to the recording, she said no. After waiting an hour and a half, she came back and told us that they could give us a complementary room but would have to charge us for it.
We paid almost $440.00 for the room for one night, which was not clean. She stated that it was a $650.00 room, but it was not even worth $100 per night. After going ahead and paying for the room because the concert was starting soon I noticed that the bathroom was filthy. The floor was extremely dirty I could feel the dirt on the bottom of my feet.
After looking closely at the floor I noticed there were several black dirt stains on the floor, the bathtub had a black ring around it, the toilet looked dingy and old on the inside, there was a used piece of soap still in the shower, the shower head was dusty, the makeup mirror had fingerprints on it and the sink and countertop were not much better. I called housekeeping, and she had a nasty attitude but sent someone to clean the bathroom. However, even after the cleaning, it still did not look much better. I asked about the bedding being clean and he said if I had a problem to just call them back.
I didn't have time to argue with them because the late check-in made us an hour late for the concert plus a hour in traffic. Even though we were there at exactly 4 PM, we rushed and still didn't make it to the concert until 9:20 and it started at 8. Originally we wanted to leave at 6:30 pm but couldnt because they made us wait so long. We were not the only ones who had problems there was someone cursing the front desk out as we walked in because she had a problem with her reservation and also two other people sitting on the side because of problems with their reservations.
I will not stay at this hotel again. I should have followed my first mind and went to Hard Rock. Ive never had any issues with them.
They took complete advantage of us because we were in a desperate situation due to other hotels being booked and they made money off of it. Theres no reason why we could not hear the recording; this was a money-making opportunity for them.

I thought I would add a update its been almost 1 month to the date of our trip to harrah's hotel & casino there has not been a phone call or email from this place no apologies given. You would think that someone that has spent thousands of dollars in their company throughout the united states would at least get some type of apology so far nothing!
That says something about that company, that says they dont care that the employees turned away a good customer.
They dont care about the customer or spmeone from harrah's would've reached out & apologized along with how can we make this right question. If you're reading this & you agree with me leave a comment help me show them they shouldn't do this to people please & thank you in appreciate it very much!
The front desk wouldn't take two forms of payment and still refused to book us in. This was my birthday gift, and it wasn't ruined thanks to Harrah's front desk people, so we had to drive back home for 4 hours due to no open rooms in any of the hotels there; they were all booked.

Hubs and I had a great time at the beach resort. However, I ordered a shake from Smashburger, and it took over 45 minutes to receive, while others were getting their orders past order 25. I finally received my shake, thinking this could be improved. Thanks much, Jeanne B.

I travel all over to many hotels this is by far the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in the staff is horrible rude jut plain ignorant to start they lost my resavation I had to wait hour and a half for them to find it then I had a price of 249. They tried to charge me 299.
Then they gave me keys to my room that didn t work. I just had open heart surgery so I called down to tell them my keys don t work the girl should be fired nasty nasty left me in hallway in front of my room for one and a half hour s we missed our dining at carmines We missed half the show we had tickets to it was my girlfriends birthday and planned a beautiful weekend. Totally ruined by harrahs.
Never got to speak to hotel manager And did nothing to deprecate me. Total loss !!

Money that wasn't supposed to be confiscated
My money was confiscated by casino for being on self exclusion list I called the Louisiana gaming commission my name wasn't on the list.I my money back.This incident occurred in New Orleans in between the months of February,March,or April of 2024.I walked up to the cage to cash in my chips.My chips were taken and I was told I was on the self exclusion list when I'm not

To whom it may concern,
My husband and I are writing to express our dissatisfaction with our stay at Harrah's Atlantic City. As this was our first time at your establishment, we had high expectations.
Initially, we were under the impression from our search that you were located on the boardwalk.
On our first night, we dined at AC Burger, where we encountered flies in the dining area. We had to leave without finishing our meal. We were greatly disappointed as we were looking forward to enjoying our dining experience.
Additionally, we noticed some very upsetting things. A woman with her dog was near the elevator, her dog was relieving itself on the carpet.
We told her the dog was urinating on the floor, but she did nothing. The stairway was visibly covered with garbage that not only made it impassable but also spoiled the smell due to rotting food. This is not only disgusting but poses a severe health hazard. God forbid there was a fire and people needed to use this dangerous and slippery stairway covered in food and beverages.
I have attached photos for you to see, as this was not a quick happening. This garbage has been there for quite some time. You can notice the immense amount of cigarette butts that definitely required more than a day to accumulate.
We dislike confrontations and getting into arguments with management; that's why we are reaching out to you.
This was the worst stay we have ever had in any establishment. We tried to relocate, however, there was no availability.
We couldn't wait to leave. This trip took us five hours to reach from Connecticut and we were excited to get there.

I took my fiancée to Harrah's Laughlin because I used to stay there maybe six to eight times each summer about 25 years ago, and I used to love it. Oh, what a big disappointment!
To start, when I checked in, Alexis (front desk) acted like I was inconveniencing her and interrupting her conversation with her co-worker because she barely looked at us. In the room, the toilet did not flush correctly, and we had to rinse and re-flush every time. The sink would 'flood' for no reason (water coming from another room, I am sure.) The coffee machine did not work, one lamp did not turn off. We had a river view room but the windows were so dirty, we couldn't really enjoy the views.
The last night we spent there, we realized that the door did not lock at all! All we needed to do was push it in, and it would open, no key needed.
The website advertises 'remodeled rooms,' but I found out that the Central Tower (which is where we stayed) had not been touched yet and everything looked and felt like it did 25 years ago. It used to be my favorite hotel in Laughlin, but sadly, I will never stay there again.

I would like to file a complaint against the female security guard who stopped me while I was on the casino floor. The complaint is not due to the initial reason she stopped me, as I understand she was doing her job at that point.
I'm confused about how she was handling and answering my responses. I did lose my temper, became loud and said a lot of disrespectful things out loud, but not towards her specifically, just the entire situation. I was trying to get help with my next course of action after seeing a guy there who had threatened me at Bally's about 4 hours or so prior to the above complaint. If it is possible to come in person to discuss in further detail what I was trying to bring to her attention and get help with, please let me know who and when I can talk to.
To confirm what I went through at Bally's, Erin is the security guard who took my complaint and has the details from that incident. I am not trying to create any issues but I was not allowed by the security guard at Harrah's to even say what the entire issue was with him. She kept saying it was a civil matter and she is not the police so there was nothing that could be done. She asked if I ever handed my ID over.
I told her I don't remember if I did during an incident with my truck. When she asked for it, I did hand it over and it was scanned or entered at least 3 times. While she was waiting for the results I made comments about the situation being ridiculous, and that there were people present who had done the same thing she stopped me for. At the very start I admitted to doing it, handed over the ticket in my hand, and told her I did it on purpose because I needed to get their attention about the guy at the Buffalo.
I even asked if there was somewhere else I could go to discuss privately what he said plus other things and people that were there with him. I said a lot of things asking why she wanted my ID. She said it was to check for a 'no trespassing' order. I told her I don't have one, but really, after not being given a chance to explain things, I loudly stated that it doesn't matter because after my experience right then, I don't want to return to a place that would rather have a guy like him, who probably had a gun on him, and the fact that I know one of the people whose voice I heard in the upstairs bathroom area, was let in again after being told not to return.
Names of people mentioned and what they do and what I have seen at the area casinos will be mentioned and given in person to the casino manager.
I am gathering information about all persons involved and my involvement in all of it to be handed over to each casino before leaving the area completely. Thank you.

User's recommendation: Watch your surroundings and report anyone suspicious to security and they will check into them or at least watch them depending on what was suspicious to you. My incident I shared is something I have had to do plus bring up to the other casinos in the area, so what I recommend is go at the time you are the most comfortable and knowledgeable you may here someone rant and rave after being denied to speak about something that is potentially dangerous to yourself because you saw someone that just threatened you at another Casino and at least listened to me fully and are looking into it

I used the restroom at Harrah's in Las Vegas approximately at 9:45 PM today, Wednesday, August 21, 2024. I work nearby in a corporate office for a national restaurant chain.
I stop at Harrah's 2 to 3 times a week and usually enjoy some pizza and gamble between 20 and 50 dollars after work. I have a medical device called a pessary. Please Google it. I'm 47 years old but I've given birth to 7 children and work on my feet several times a week so I require a medical device for continence.
I'm not slow but on occasion, it takes me a little longer in bathrooms. I've never been trespassed from any casino and I still am not. I'm originally from Utah so I don't even drink alcohol or engage in any behaviours that would compromise my patronage. However, your supervisor, Jason Hinkleman, and the security guard, Matthews, asked me for identification before I even washed my hands.
I explained as they ran my identification card that I have a medical device called a pessary that on occasion takes me a little longer in bathrooms. I pulled up information on my phone and was very patient and well-spoken. Matthews asked me to choose not to gamble and take my money and leave. I asked for her supervisor's name.
This is literally disability discrimination and I was extremely embarrassed when I realized they were hell-bent on being rude to a patron who has gambled so much money in your establishment. I'm embarrassed I liked Harrah's at all. I'm ashamed. Please check your cameras.
As this was occurring inside the women's bathroom a shorter older black man with a beanie style hat and a black tank top entered the women's restroom and he was not asked to take his money and gamble elsewhere. I wouldn't feel right if he had been.
But for some reason, your employees felt right in being cruel and embarrassing someone with a medical disability in your own women's restroom, and it is so unacceptable the way this occurred that it's factually negligent. It's not okay to make such mistakes on behalf of your million-dollar company in a bathroom at my expense and it has me in tears.

Over charged.
Over charged for my room. Paid for parking twice.
$135.00 overcharged. I was charged 20 at the check in counter and in order to get out of the parking lot I had to pay another 35. I was charged 100. For incidentals which I never used.
The room had no mini bar so there was no reason to have a credit card on file. I am requesting a refund of $135.

Disappointment with every aspect of this visit
We booked a pet friendly room for two nights at Harrahs Laughlin and were excited about the stay. We tried reaching the front desk while traveling, calling the direct line to let them know we would be arriving hours after check in time and was on hold 45 minutes then disconnected.
Called back and was answered after 20 minutes.
Arrived and found the pet package was missing in the room. Front desk did send up a package on request. Found the bathroom had mold along counter edge and along sink and upon using the sink found it was clogged. We notified the front desk who didn't offer any solution so we used a full sink - gross.
The Mountain View was of a backup generator, there was no hair dryer and the bathroom doorknob was broken. The dresser drawer kept opening about a foot causing a nice bruise on my shin forcing us to place a suite case in front of it to keep it closed. The reservation said there would be a gaming table with two chairs, but there was only an extension table off of the dresser with one chair. We ate once downstairs at Smash Burger who promptly lost our order after giving a 5 dollar tip.
We notified the person who took the order a watched him tell his manager who promptly did nothing about it. We then had to go directly to her at 45 minutes and am pleased to say she did put a rush on the order and gave us 2 sauces for free allowing us to eat at the hour mark - wow.
On top of one of the worst stays paying $478, we came home to discover we now have fleas.

I stayed at Harrahs from Sunday to Tuesday and it was, by far, the worst stay. The room was extremely dusty.
They informed me that they did not have a new room for me upon check-in and failed to send anyone to clean the room. There were stains and spills on the headboard that I had to wipe down myself. Additionally, there was hair all over the bathroom. The shower was clogged and when I called the front desk, I received no help.
On the last night, someone on the 7th floor played loud music from 12 am to 4 am. I made several noise complaints, but they never asked the people to turn down the music.
It was so loud that my room was shaking. I called the front desk six times, but nothing was done.

I am emailing to figure out how I can make a complaint about finding cockroaches in my room in the waterfront tower. I have a picture of a cockroach that I found in the bathroom of our hotel room & not even 10 minutes later I saw 2 baby cockroaches crawling on the side table right next to my head.
I am absolutely disgusted & I went downstairs to get a new room at MIDNIGHT. I was not offered any type of accommodations for this severe gross inconvenience. I was not upgraded to a suite or given a credit. I had to ASK if the front desk person could do anything because I was severely upset & disgusted that I did not only find just one cockroach but 2 more baby ones.
He only offered ONE extra hour for check out.
Im sorry but that is not good enough when finding cockroaches in my room & baby cockroaches crawling right near my head. I would like to make a formal complaint as I do have picture proof of the larger cockroach in the bathroom.

Fear or inadequate response
I was there with a convention of American veterans. Someone fell out front and no one came.
I picked her up and escorted her to her car, then went in to find security. I was told to watch my language from Edgar Garcia, a security supervisor. Then told the woman falling was his problem not mine. Im sure it became my problem when I lifted her up off the ground.
We questioned about our service dog in a different event and had to train the employees how to accommodate a service dog.
This place was a disgrace, for civilians and the Veterans I was there to care for. I have reached out to every number they have to no avail.
