Harrahs - Terrible treatment from management
I went to the front desk to complain about housekeeping not changing the sheets and that the room was full of dust . The manager was rude disrespectful and totally inconsiderate of my complaints. I WILL NEVER STAY AT HARRAHS AGAIN IM GOING TO WRITE SO MANY BAD REVIEWS ABOUT THIS HOTEL!!!!!
Harrahs - Valet
I went to the casino on December 28 2017 for my birthday. My girlfriends from work took me to Brios for supper and when we pulled up for valet parking Ed Paulus attendant came out immediately and greeted us..took us how to get to Brios and how to get our car back when we left such a great greeting,professional and personable. Need more employees like him
