I called in advance before going and told them that only 2 people will be there. They said, just let them know that when you get there.

So day of the trip June 21st I get there, and I think it's all fine and dandy. They said they switched it to 2 people and that we will have the king room instead and the price should definitely go down when you check out. When I finally went to ask for the price, they said right now, its 100. But it could change before you check out.

So when I checked out I noticed that it charged me 107 something. I had comp rooms. I know that they charge per person. They knew it was just 2 so how did they not know to change.

I waited so long to call or email about because we have been waiting for the bill. We finally got it and it still says that.

It even says they charged me for internet. How did you charge me for internet when it should be free, and we only used the tot.

Horrid hotel

I am sure you would like to be made aware of all of the happenings that took place during my stay at the Harrahs Atlantic City.

I am a handicap 47 year old male who came to Atlantic City with my brother. When we pulled up to the property the gentleman at the valet said that Valet was closed.

My brother said no problem, let me pull up to the side so I can get my brother out of the car with the wheelchair and his stuff and I will go park the car. The valet man refused to allow him to let me out and said you need to move the vehicle now there are plenty of handicap spots upstairs. Of course upstairs there are plenty of handicap spots that were all taken and we wound up parking on the fifth level. Apparently there was some sort of police convention and they took up about 150 Spots on the lower level.

We then took the elevator down to What we thought would be the casino checkin level But I had to go through steep ramps and an escalator.

Not very pleasant when steering a wheelchair.

Upon check-in we Exited the elevator onto a floor which stunk like smoke, and had the carpets molded and folded over in areas. Coming up in other areas. Also does not make very pleasant wheelchair journey.

Upon entering the room the stench of smoke was worse. When I went to put my clothes in a drawer there were full of used tissues and garbage in the drawer.

I called downstairs and let them now how unacceptable this all was and all they did was change our room to a different tower near an elevator.

We had the same parking issues every day of our stay. When we finished our business in the city it was like we dreaded coming back to the property knowing how difficult it was as a handicap with a wheelchair.

I have been attempting to contact the property Since my return and have yet to get anyone to speak with. On three different occasions I was told by the person on the other line that they were the front desk manager, took my number but never called back. Another occasion it was an alleged hotel manager took my number and never called back.

When I called reservations they gave me a customer service line which has a recording we are not taking calls at this time.

All of this is ridiculous and not the proper way to run a business. I am not looking for any special treatment because of my disability but to let someone out of a parked car to unload to make their life easier would have been a very simple gesture on the valet part. To fix uprooting carpet and sanitize the hallways to get rid of the smoke smell is a simple fix. If housekeeping is going to sticker of the room as sanitary and cleaned they should actually sanitize and clean and not leave garbage in the drawers for the next guests.

A simple call to housekeeping for some extra towels was 10 minutes of hold time Three different transfers and still had to wait over an hour for some towels. Internet was slow and barely worked half the time.

Every time we needed to exit the garage it was swipe the card and wait, swipe the card and wait, push the button for an attendant who is nonexistent and wait.

It shouldnt take 15 minutes to leave a parking garage.

I feel that Harras Atlantic City Should be doing something for us to compensate for all of the issues. I realize I was on a comp rate But was charged resort fee nightly plus tax four a completely lousy stay overall

Room not clean with mold, rude manager stayed in smoking handicap room never got cleaned. No good service. Manager treat to call security on after asking for room changed. He was nasty even to his workers. We ended staying in thw smoking room for the weekend.

We definitely will be avoiding harrahs when returning to AC. On our arrival date my husband thought he had misplaced his ID and had a picture on his phone the manager JOSE LLERENA was very rude and dismissive he lacked professionalism thankfully Manger Ashley overheard the situation and stepped in and resolved the issue. The hotel is very outdated the carpet was very dirty room walls were peeling there was *** in the bathroom for the price that this hotel charges I would expected better quality. We was also overcharged $110 additionally wifi isnt provided unless you pay for it which is mind blowing.

My father Nick A D Mingelen royality from Holland,leased The casino and all of this contents,to includ e the car collection.A man named Daniel krachook erionoore of the massad and Eldon groupe of the massads son got into the corporate assets of Harris casinos inc,along with Sylvia Brandon marsh and Dennis Marsh and stoled from the collections of the casino..To include oil paintings and antiques the same that they did for Steve Wynn's casinos inc and the art galleries.I have never sold leased bartered or traded and casino proptery to include land assets like the Comstock property in reno or any other propterirs.These people are in the ncic computer in Greenville NC for the death's of Donna olozaga brown Mingelen and RJ Brown and RJ Reynolds and more.The Westbrook families have tryed stealing the casino's in wintamucka balong with the mustang ranch and the other brothers that Nicole Ritter and Brian David who are armed guards for Eldon groupe of the massad and Daniel krachook erionoore of the massad and Fbi.Im fact Nicole Ritter and Brian David murdered Nicole Ritters husband and stoled my homes and casinos and other propterys rents in Reno and sourounding areas of Nevada.. Sylvia Brandon marsh and Dennis Marsh claim to be heir's of Nick A D Mingelen royality assets.Brian David was arrested with others for selling weapon's to terrorists.I can take you rite to them as they are in the witnesses protection program and all are AWOL from delta 6 training camps..Thank you David a Mingelen.

Your security beat me so bad I can barely move all my marks show I was on face and yet they still kicked me and beat all because I found a stranger in my room at the end of the night and I said I wanted to deal with the police because the manage was t helpful. In fact when I was on the ground screaming he told me to go f myself cops came and even they could under they had me cuffed and I was absolutely terrified of the security!!!

I have photos they took me down an elevator after telling me we could wait for cops downstairs and then in their employee hallway which I come to find out if Im not on the casino floor then its another police department I need to file an assault with.

They did it on purpose. I dont care what anyone does once on the ground face down you dont continue to beat them this happened 7/12/2021 at around 4 am in Atlantic City I have filed three reports this security team and manager need to be stopped my back is beyond purple and my whole body is bruised except my back other then my but which shows they stomped me me and because al my bruises are in the fron it shows I was on my stomach Im a 34 yr old women this is wrong even cops dont do this and if they do they go to jail

I had a horrible experience at the Harrah's hotel in Kansas City, Mo. We had to change rooms because our room was disgustingWtf. I was told to send pictures of our room to the manager and we do so. No one ever reached back out to us, said anything, or did anything at all about this. It was very unsanitary in more ways than one. We also tried to reach out to corporate and was hung up on each time.

Its ridiculous that my marketing information can be shared across multiple properties but that a ten cent slot voucher from the Linq cannot be paid by Harrahs just 100 yards away.

The reason it can't be done is not technology, but an old law. It prevents chips from being used in differant Casinos. In case of vouchers the same law/rule applies.

Parking issue

We had tickets for 10/16/21 Blood,Sweat &Tears concert. We were unable to find any available parking and missed the concert! We drove around for 40 minutes and were unable to find an available spot. Valet parking,which we normally don't like to use, was so over run with cars that wasn't an option either. Needless to say, it was very disappointing and frustrating that we missed our concert and had no other choice but to drive home. Respectfully, Paul Ricci

Because they did some foul stuff And charged me $42 for valet parking when I had no clue about that and Im a platinum member so Im not supposed to be charged anything and I put my card in the vallet machine and it still charges me and then they would not refund my money at the end and thats whack and were very rude
